First Wisdom have received the acknowledgement from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS“) on the lodgement of the Form 22 with the MAS in May 2019, enabling First Wisdom to commence its corporate finance advisory business starting from 1st May 2019, subject to term and conditions governed by the Securities and Futures Regulations (RG 10).
