First Wisdom Holdings Pte. Ltd. is an exempt corporate finance adviser. Corporate finance services are subject to the applicable conditions and restrictions under paragraph 7(1)(b) of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations.
Our client policy is to serve accredited investors only. Accredited-investor status is defined by section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 and applicable subsidiary legislation. Client eligibility and the permitted scope of an engagement must be independently verified; submitting an enquiry or ticking a box does not establish that status.
