FIRST WISDOM先达智汇 Always Ahead

Clarity, before we begin.

A few practical answers about our services, who we work with and how a conversation becomes an engagement.

Who can First Wisdom work with?
Our client policy is to serve accredited investors only, as defined under section 4A of Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act 2001 and applicable subsidiary legislation. Eligibility must be verified before engagement. Submitting an enquiry or ticking an acknowledgement does not establish accredited-investor status.
What advisory services do you provide?
Our capabilities include financial and corporate advisory, corporate structuring, selected business and marketing advisory, and support for cross-border projects. Corporate finance work is limited to the permitted scope of our exemption, applicable law and a separately agreed engagement. The Services page retains the fuller descriptions, including China Market Consulting.
How does an engagement begin?
We start with an outline of your business and the decision or project ahead. We then assess fit, verify client eligibility, consider conflicts and agree the appropriate scope, responsibilities and commercial terms. Work begins under a separately agreed engagement; an initial enquiry does not create an advisory relationship.
What does China Market Consulting cover?
The four areas are market entry strategy and opportunity assessment, human resources and local talent enablement, regulatory and policy support, and market activation and brand localisation. Delivery is tailored to the agreed scope and coordinated with appropriately qualified local professionals where required. Regulatory approvals and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
Can we discuss matters in English or Chinese?
Yes. The website presents our core services in English and Chinese, and bilingual support can be discussed for the engagement. Please tell us your preferred language and the locations involved so we can agree appropriate arrangements.
Why are the engagement examples anonymous?
The examples describe selected client types, industries and advisory scopes while preserving client identities, counterparties, transaction values and commercial terms. They are illustrations of work undertaken, rather than investment opportunities, performance claims or guarantees of similar outcomes.
What should I include in an initial enquiry?
Include your name, work email, optional company, area of interest and a brief non-confidential outline of the support required. Please leave out identity documents, financial evidence and confidential transaction terms. Any later document exchange should follow an agreed process. Read the privacy notice for how enquiry information is handled.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry is saved privately and a reference is shown on screen. Your submitted details and message are emailed to our authorised enquiry mailbox at lang@firstwisdom.com. Authorised administrators can also review the private record, accessed through our hosting control panel, even if a notification fails. No automatic email is sent to your address. Client eligibility and engagement terms are confirmed separately.

Eligibility & important information

First Wisdom Holdings Pte. Ltd. is an exempt corporate finance adviser. Corporate finance services are subject to the applicable conditions and restrictions under paragraph 7(1)(b) of the Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations.

Our client policy is to serve accredited investors only. Accredited-investor status is defined by section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 and applicable subsidiary legislation. Client eligibility and the permitted scope of an engagement must be independently verified; submitting an enquiry or ticking a box does not establish that status.

This website provides general information about our services. It is not investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product, or advice on a particular transaction. An exemption is not a capital markets services licence and does not imply MAS approval or endorsement. Engagement summaries do not indicate investment performance or guarantee future outcomes.
