What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service, message and acknowledgements. A reference, submission time, language and notification status help us manage the enquiry. Please provide only information needed for an initial discussion. Do not send identity documents, financial evidence, confidential deal terms or another person’s data without appropriate authority.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, assess whether our services may be suitable, arrange follow-up, keep a record of our correspondence and protect the website from misuse. Client eligibility, conflicts and engagement scope are checked separately before any appointment. The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Where enquiries go
Submissions are saved in a private WordPress inbox available to authorised administrators. Full enquiry details, including your name, email address, optional company, service category, message, reference, submission time and acknowledgements, are also sent to our authorised enquiry mailbox at lang@firstwisdom.com so our team can handle and respond to your request. No automatic email is sent to the enquirer.
Access, providers and overseas processing
Information is handled by authorised First Wisdom personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, website maintenance and security, as needed for the stated purposes. GoDaddy provides the website hosting and enquiry email infrastructure. Some providers or support personnel may process data outside Singapore. Appropriate arrangements for comparable protection must be maintained where the PDPA requires them. Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law. We do not sell enquiry data.
Retention and protection
Enquiry information is kept only while needed to respond, manage the relationship or meet legitimate legal and business record requirements. Records should then be deleted or de-identified when retention no longer serves those purposes. Website and mailbox access are restricted. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are required. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Backups may retain copies until their normal replacement cycle.
Cookies, preferences and external content
WordPress uses features needed for authentication and website operation. The website stores your language choice in browser session storage. Hosting systems may keep technical logs such as IP address, requested page, browser details and access time. Google Fonts and Unsplash supply webfonts and the homepage photograph; when your browser requests those assets, those providers may receive your IP address and browser/request details. Links to other websites are governed by their own notices.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to personal data we hold, correction of inaccuracies, withdrawal of consent on reasonable notice, or information about our data practices. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity checks and relevant exceptions. Withdrawal may limit our ability to respond or continue a service, and some records may still be retained where legally permitted or required. Please do not email identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed.
Updates and scope
This notice addresses the website enquiry process. A formal engagement may require separate notices and additional information for eligibility, legal or regulatory checks. Material changes to website practices will be reflected here, with an updated date.
